Expected Value is the sell-side figure: the gross singles value with the marketplace commission and the percentage payment fee taken off, because those come out of the seller's end of every sale. It answers one question, crack or hold.

A deterministic assembler then fills that plan from the live catalog under Commander's own rules, so an invented card, an off-color card, and an illegal card are all impossible by construction.
